What is a pre-order?

A pre-order means you pay now, and we produce your cap specifically for you! Because we make caps in small batches to ensure quality, your order will ship within 2-3 weeks of the purchase date. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your cap is on its way! 💞

Why are your caps satin-lined?

Our founder is a nurse with natural hair who was tired of scrub caps that caused frizz, breakage, and damage! The silky satin lining inside every Cozy Cap Co cap protects your natural hair, locs, braids, and curls through every 12-hour shift. Your hair deserves protection, too. 

What size are the caps?

All of our caps are one size fits most! The tie-back style caps( Peds Princess Wild One, etc) have adjustable ties for a custom fit. The bouffant style caps (Hot Girl Bow Era, etc) have an elastic back for a comfortable universal fit. 

What's the difference between a tie-back and a bouffant?👀

Tie-back caps have ties that you tie at the back of your head. Great for all hair types with a ponytail option.

Bouffant caps have an elastic back and cover ALL of your hair completely. No ponytail hole. Perfect for natural hair, locs, and braids, and OR environments requiring full coverage. 

How do I care for my cap?

Machine wash cold- gentle cycle only

Do not bleach ❌

Tumble dry low or hang dry

Iron on low heat- avoid ironing over 

Do you accept returns? 🔄

Because our caps are pre-order items, made specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order is placed. However, if your cap arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at cozycapceo@cozycap.us, and we will make it right! 💞

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, production may have begun, and we are only able to give a partial refund. Please email us at cozycapceo@cozycap.us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
